Store and seller

These terms apply to purchases from ADEEM / أديم at adeemcrafts.com. Shopify provides the store platform; the seller remains responsible for products, orders, and customer service.

Products and sizing

Review each product’s description, materials, and dimensions before purchase. Natural leather variation does not change the advertised specifications or your entitlement to a conforming product. For device sleeves, compare the stated dimensions with your device, including any additional case; contact us for sizing clarification before ordering if needed.

Prices and payment

The order currency, price, delivery cost, and applicable charges are shown before purchase. The payment methods displayed at checkout apply. If you choose cash on delivery, the full displayed total is due on delivery unless a separate written arrangement was agreed before purchase. Standard orders will not attract an undisclosed advance-payment requirement.

Availability and order confirmation

We disclose availability and any production or delivery period before purchase. If a pricing or stock error is identified after you submit an order, we will contact you. We will not impose a substitute or increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil the order, any amount due will be refunded without a cancellation fee, preserving your statutory rights.

Custom work

Materials, colour, measurements, design, personalisation, price, payment schedule, and agreed delivery date must be recorded before a custom order begins. Later changes affecting price or timing require your agreement. The refund policy continues to cover defects and non-conformity; design approval does not waive those rights.

Delivery and cancellation

Provide accurate delivery and contact details. Delivery charges and dates are specified for each order; these terms promise no universal shipping or production period. We will contact you about delays, and statutory cancellation and refund rights remain. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; this does not restrict applicable withdrawal or return rights.

Returns, privacy, and website use

The refund policy forms part of the purchase terms. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Do not use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, or interference with its security. Commercial reuse of ADEEM content requires permission or another lawful basis.

Responsibility and changes

Egyptian law applies, without excluding mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. The terms displayed when you purchase apply to that order. Later updates apply to new orders and do not remove existing rights. Contact us using the email above or our contact page with questions or complaints; your right to approach the Consumer Protection Agency or other competent authorities remains.
