Refund policy

Request a return or exchange

Contact ADEEM at me@abdelrahmannasr.com or through our contact page, with your order number or other proof of purchase. Describe any issue; helpful photos are welcome. An unboxing video is not required to exercise your legal rights.

We will provide return instructions and an address or collection arrangement. Please contact us before sending a parcel so we can coordinate its return; this does not restrict statutory deadlines or rights.

Standard products

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. Keep the product in its delivered condition, without customer-caused damage or alterations, with its accessories. Retain packaging to protect it; missing packaging alone will not override a statutory entitlement.

Defective or incorrect products

For a defective product or one that does not match the order, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt, without extra cost. We will resolve the request within one week of notification as required by law. Longer applicable warranty or statutory rights remain available.

Products made to your specifications

Where a product is made to individual specifications you supplied and matches those specifications, the change-of-mind exception applies to the extent permitted by law. Defect and non-conformity rights remain. Making a standard catalogue product after ordering does not automatically make it a personalised product.

Shipping and refunds

For online change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the actual return courier cost only where legally permitted and disclosed before purchase. There is no restocking fee. Original delivery charges are refunded where legally required. ADEEM covers relevant delivery and return costs for defective, damaged-on-arrival, or incorrect products.

Amounts due are refunded within 7 days after the product is returned, using the original payment method unless another method is agreed, subject to the separate defect deadline above. For cash-on-delivery purchases, we will agree a suitable refund method with you in writing, without a refund fee. We will not require store credit instead of an eligible monetary refund.

Natural leather

Natural leather markings, shade, and texture may vary between pieces. Such differences are acceptable when consistent with the description, images, and specifications on which the purchase was based. They do not excuse defects or material differences from what was agreed.

This policy does not reduce mandatory rights under Egyptian law.
